Chicken, Egg & Cricket Recipe

Source small for a big effect.

You rub your hands together. Wool gloves can only do so much during Ontario winters. The moon lights your path to the shed where crickets are being fed.

This grain-free Chicken, Egg and Cricket recipe is our first step in introducing crickets as a protein source that helps alleviate the growing need for future-friendly food sources. We don’t view crickets as a trend, but rather a lasting solution for how we bring great nutrition to our dogs while respecting our world. Pound for pound, crickets offer 2x the protein of beef. A kilogram of crickets only produces 1 gram of greenhouse gas, whereas a kilogram of beef produces 2850 grams. Our crickets are raised in Canada where they’re fed an organic, vegetarian, custom-made diet.

We’re proud to offer this recipe made with ingredients like chicken, egg and of course, crickets. Eggs are a good source of protein and fatty acids. Chicken helps balance flavor and nutrition with less saturated fat than red meats. Combined with the other high quality ingredients, we provide an optimal balance of nutrients and an outstanding meal for our dogs.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: Crickets are arthropods just like shrimp, crabs and lobsters, and they can cause allergic reactions for people or pets with a crustacean shellfish allergy.
